Somthing New

Finally WE DID IT!!!

For the last year the girls have been in a room that was painted Pepto Pink and Red! Terrible I know! Its been driving me crazy! but I've been able to look past it until a few days ago! 

I couldn't take it any more!!!

So Matt and I went to the store picked out some paint and got working. I've got to tell you how much I HATE painting! The prep, the mess, the taping, the edging, the mess, the clean up, and on and on. Its enough to drive me nuts. It's probably why I've been putting this off for so long. But we did it and now are so glad we did! When you're finally done painting, you feel like you've accomplished something awesome! We are pretty proud of ourselves. So after a lot of mess, 12 hours, and getting done at 2:00 in the am, the girls have a "non-pink" room! YAY!!!

There is a 1st for everything!

THE DENTIST:

Hadlee is 4 and has never been to the dentist! YES... I am a bad mom! I decided it was time to make sure all was healthy in that little mouth of hers! She was so super amazingly good! I am so proud of her! The hygienist said she was better than the 8 year olds that go in! Her teeth were super clean... there was not plaque to be found on those little chicklet teeth! She thought the "pictures" of her teeth were pretty crazy!

She was getting her teeth all PINK and thought is was the coolest ever! I wish i would have got a picture of her smiling with pink teeth! Ha ha!

Cora had to be just like Hadlee... Climbed into the chair and relaxed! That is till the dentist came in!

This is how Cora felt about the dentis! She hated every second! Poor thing... he put Floride on their teeth! Neither of them really loved the feeling!

We took them to a cute little pediatric dentist that had a castle theme! IT was super cute! When they were all done, beacause they were so good they got a TOKEN!  They got to go out front and get a toy from the little machine! How cute!

Finally... All of December!

I finally did it... Here are some things going on in our life! Enjoy all the pictures! Oh and aren't my girls the cutest ever! I luv them!

Christmas dress's 2009! They looked so dang cute but were not in the mood for pictures!

Hadlee's 4th Birthday was the 16th! We headed out sledding and then home for the party with the family!

Every present Hadlee opened she would say "AHH THIS IS JUST WHAT I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED" oh buddy it was hilarious! She is such a fun age and says the funniest things!

We had Christmas with my dad on Christmas Eve! He made a great dinner! We had a blast!

Oh my... ADORABLE! All the grandkids! I would have to say this seriously was the cutest thing ever! The kids acted their part! As you see below Mary & Joseph loved each other, Baby Jesus had a pink binky and the little Lambs were quite mischevious! Not to mention the cutest shepard ever! Oh i love these kids!

Christmas Jammies

Hadlee was so thrilled to leave these cookies for SANTA! She wrote him a cute letter! I loved this year with her! It was all so real! Santa left her a letter and bells from his sleigh! She was AMAZED! there was a little cocoa left in his cup in the morning! She thought it was great to drink from the same cup as Santa did! Ha ha!

Hadlee loves to take pictures! If you wonder why a lot of my pictures are blurry its cause we had a serious Hadlee print on our lens! Happy moment was that she got her very own camera for Christmas!

I SURPRISED Matt with this golf bag! He has wanted it forever... I was so proud of myself for keeping it a secret! He is loving it! Now for some warm golfing weather!

So i got scraps of my grandma's Fabric! I decided to make something fun for us! We made these cute head bands! Ands now we have oodles of them! The other side of the flower has 2 different colored leaves! They are so cute!

Thats about all that has been going on! Matt has had a super long break from school and is definately ready to get it done! He is so excited to go back today! Way to go LOVE! Your the best! I hope to be better at posting!
