We had a super fun Easter this year! Hadlee loved it and poor little Cora had a really bad cold. It was such a bummer!
We colored eggs on Friday night, it was fun! I decided to be creative and find something that Hadlee would actually maybe enjoy doing for decorating eggs. So I got those little foam flower stickers! She loved it! And they turned out so stinking cute, and she loved that she didn't need any help!
Easter morning we woke up and got ready. (so we weren't late for church) Then the girls got a DORA MAP to find their Easter baskets, Good thing Hadlee was able to help Cora! Then Hadlee had a little egg hunt the Easter Bunny had left. And off to church we went!
Later we had a wonderful lunch and an Easter egg hunt at my moms house! My mom did one for the kids and one for the adults... ya well she put money in random eggs and we could each only find 5. Riley hit the jack pot...Riley ended up with $26, us $15, Lyss and Greg $3, and Bridget and Brandon got $7! Wow go Riley! We lost Hadlee and Trey for a bit and couldn't find them... well we found them in my moms car! They are such little stinks together, After my moms we headed over to Matt's grandparents house! There was another Easter egg hunt there and more FOOD! It was all tons of fun! Just when the day was getting a little boring.... Michelle, Matt's sister managed to run into, then over a mailbox! It was great.
When we got home my dad came over to say Happy Easter! Seriously the day was great!

ha, i love all the places that car picture is popping up. i was sad we weren't able to go up to grandma and grandpas to see everyone. blast. sounds like it was fun though; and those dresses your mom made are darling
